Shaw Farm Equestrian
Horses have been a passion passed down through generations of the Horsfall family.
In 2005, sisters Esther and Hattie opened their private farm to others, initially offering DIY and Part Livery. By 2008, Esther, Yard Owner & Manager, expanded these services, establishing Shaw Farm Equestrian as a full-service livery and training centre.
Esther Horsfall, has lived and breathed horses for over 25 years. Her passion continues to grow, and she has dedicated her career to the care, training, and wellbeing of horses. Esther is a UKCC Level 2 Coach, a Train your Seat 2* Biomechanics Coach certified in the Franklin Method, Franklin Ball Certified Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and Applied Psychology for Equestrians coach. Her unique coaching style blends science, anatomy, and mindset to enhance horse and rider performance.
Hattie Horsfall, Esther’s sister, is an accomplished rider and an essential part of Shaw Farm. Competing at Prix St George dressage with her self-produced horses, Ivan, Badger and Linck, Hattie’s skills complement the yard’s high standards. She assists with schooling liveries, coaching, and training, while continuing to develop under the guidance of Olympic Bronze Medallist, Becky Moody, and International Dressage Rider, Matt Frost.
